Weʼve raised £653 to to help with running costs for CADMuS, a sports club for adults with a disability, based in Cambridge.

Story
CADMuS stands for Cambridge Adult Disability Multi-Sports. The club meets on Saturday mornings, 10-12, at the Cambridge University Sports Centre. In most sessions, we give our members the chance to play boccia, badminton, short tennis, table tennis and use the gym equipment. Other options vary from week to week, but include hockey, martial arts, baskin (an inclusive form of basketball) and netball.
From 10-12 on Saturday 15th June 2019, CADMuS members will be attempting "The 1,000 Points Basketball Challenge", to raise money for our club. In a 2 hour period, we will work together as a team to score 500 baskets, earning 2 points per basket. Friends and supporters of the club are invited to sponsor any or all of our members, or to donate using this page.

5 years agoWe have raised £653.00 from this webpage, and £848.50 from other fund-raising activities. We have closed our books today, and the final total for this fund-raiser is £1,501.50!! Huge thanks to everyone who contributed to raising such an amazing sum of money! :-)

5 years agoI am hugely grateful to our amazing members and supporters. The total amount raised by this year's CADMUS fund-raising event has topped £1,400 and a few donations are still trickling in. I wonder if we might just reach £1,500? Please note that our current plan is to take this Just Giving page down on 30th September. Many thanks to everyone who helped us, in any way.
