We are on a mission to secure a long-term future for the Quay ,slipway and associated onshore infrastructure - a vital part of our community. As a community-led, community-centered, and community-based Not for Profit organization, we are dedicated to maintaining and improving our shore side infrastructure. Our vision extends beyond mere maintenance; we also aspire to expand our beach cleaning activities to encompass all 4 miles of our beautiful shoreline here in Largs.

Our short-term goals include the provision of new large dedicated visitor moorings in the bay as well as supporting the local public loos(Mackerston, Quay, Pencil). The moorings will not only enhance the experience for visitors arriving at the Quay but will also generate a sustainable long-term income for the Quay and its shoreside ³facilities. The slipway requires constant attention, and we aim to raise adequate funds to undertake a comprehensive renovation that will ensure its longevity.

Moreover, we are excited to share that we are in the preliminary stages of designing a brand new community space and cafe at the Quay. This space will breathe new life into our area, fostering a renewed sense of place within the town's overall landscape. This has become the principle aim of all those involved , and to achieve these ambitious goals, we need your support.
