The Countdown to surgery begins!

I have had a confirmation of my surgery date!

All my life I have lived on a wing and a prayer, this chapter is no exception. I finally have my surgery date; September 10th! In Cleveland, Ohio with a amazing surgeon Dr. Medalie.

I have waited for this chance for over three years! If you have been following me previously, then you know it’s been a whole journey to gather £5,500 of surgery fees. I want to thank every single person, and organisation that has helped me in one way or another to reach this goal! Honestly it means the world to me.

I am turning to Crowdfunding one last time. I am so excited and still quite nervous as I have 59 days to go! Recently there have been changes in my personal life, one of them has meant that I suddenly had to move. This move was unexpected and it has meant that part of the savings me & my girlfriend have worked hard all year to put aside, had to go on finding somewhere to live, and all the extra costs has meant we didn’t have a choice but to use part of my top surgery flight savings.

All funds raised will go towards getting me a flight to Ohio and back. I still need to cover all the other expenses I stay in the USA for two weeks as must take some time to recover before flying home.

I am doing all I can to work as much as possible across this summer, but any donation not matter the size, would be really be a massive help and weight off my shoulder.

I really need this to happen. I am doing everything in my power to ensure this all goes ahead.
