I am attempting to raise money to help fund my girlfriend through a vocational training programme to which she sadly she can't afford the fees. She left school with 3As at A level and proceeded to go to a top 3 UK university, however a series of rather unfortunate events have meant that she could not complete her degree. Ever since she was a child she has loved to bake, her dream is to do a patisserie course before attempting to get a job at a high level patisserie, such as the ritz. In the long run I know she has dreams to set up her own line of patisseries and see where it goes. She's young, bright, aspirational and business minded and I know with the right help she could do it. She's currently working as bar staff on minimum wage desperately trying to raise enough money to fund this course, however at the rate she's going with living costs matching minimum wage I fear she may not achieve her dream. Any donation would be very much appreciated, I myself have a job from which I am contributing towards this goal. Although we may not be able to offer much back to you for a couple of years, you will have helped a young person achieve their dreams, and who knows, maybe you can have a free cake and coffee on her when you visit her shop in a few years time.
