On 17th January 2025, while travelling in Thailand, our best mate Ryan Daly tragically passed away following an accident. His loss came as a huge shock to everyone who loved him and to all who had the privilege of knowing him. From such a devastating moment, a group of his mates want to try and turn some of that darkness into light.

On 3rd May 2026, we will be taking on the Belfast City Marathon in Daly’s memory, raising funds for two fantastic causes:

• Happy Tails Sanctuary, Koh Samui – the dog sanctuary Daly volunteered at while in Thailand

• Portadown Wellness Centre – they offer a service that provided vital support to Daly’s family after his death. They offer subsidised counselling to help families through grief without the added financial burden
