I've raised £1500 to Pass on to Ben Scott's family to use in any way shape or form during the difficult period ahead following Ben's sudden passing.

On Wednesday 19th September I received the shock news that Ben had suffered a Cardiac Arrest and was in hospital in a critical condition. It was only the previous evening that I had worked alongside Ben and he was his usual calm and collected self, working hard for the cause of improving his goalkeepers.
Unfortunately, and extremely tragically Ben never woke up and passed away on Monday 24th September 2018. Ben leaves behind his young son Jacob, a loving partner Faye and her young daughter Maddison and no doubt lots of other family and friend who will be devastated by recent events.
I have now chosen to run the 2018 Bournemouth Half Marathon on behalf of Ben and his family, In the hope of raising some funds to assist during difficult times. Whether its money to go towards the funeral or christmas presents in the future, Whatever. Its a tiny gesture from me to them.
I didnt know Ben for a long time but I was fortunate to build up a short friendship, and he was a key part of my management team at our Football club. I would like to say Thank You to Ben in some small way.
