I've raised £3800 to fund George’s conservation/community project expedition to Cambodia.

George has signed himself up for a Camps International expedition to Cambodia in August 2019. It‘s a 4 week trip, spending a week each in 3 different areas/camps working on 3 different projects; Community (eg well building/school improvements/sanitation amenities), Wildlife conservation (eg digging watering holes/building rangers huts/vaccinating livestock) and environmental projects (tackling deforestation/pollution/over-harvesting etc). The final week will be a 5 day jungle trek.
One of the most important parts of the whole experience is that he has to raise the funds in order to pay for himself and contribute to the projects in which he will be involved, this totals £3800.00.
George has been working hard to earn his travel costs. He has got himself a job at school as lunchtime supervisor and (along with his 3 friends and fellow travellers) is selling donuts every Friday breaktime. The 4 boys have decided that their sponsored event is going to be the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge. This is a 24 mile (38.6km) route and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent which needs to be completed within 12 hours. They have organised it for Sunday 5th May and George would be very grateful if you would like to sponsor him.. Thank you.
