So basically April 2017, I injured myself and had to under go surgery on my right leg which put me out of action for over a year.

Before this accident, my plan was to volunteer in Cambodia for a few months as my family had been there a few weeks before and has mentioned the lack of health and safety in the areas they had visited. This raised my concern and me being me, the helpful, generous person I am! Thunting it would be a great idea to help out.

I was working so hard at this point, I was doing 50+ hours a week to compensate for the events that were going to take place. I was saving and saving and dedicating my life to this trip. Then the accident happened which completely threw me. I didn't know what to do with myself and I hated not being in control of me. I was selfless, there was no way that I would be able to go ahead with this trip or even travel for at least a year until I was fully recovered.

This set me back a hell of a lot, as I had to compensate my savings for the time I had missed at work.

Cut a long story short, I genuinely didnt see a way out of the mess and predicament my life was in. This has to be one of the hardest challenges life has put me through. Although I lost many things and many people during the process I came out stronger than ever before. My view on life has completely changed and if anything I have learnt to appreciate the human grace a million times more. It's amazing how one person can have a huge effect on your life and just a little helping hand goes a long way.

So there's a little bit about my story and why I need help with the funds. I am now fully recovered and ready to jet.

What I am going to do with the funds is the exciting bit! So I will of corse be heading to Cambodia to volunteer, but I will be doing it alone and on a bike! I will be visiting each little town and meeting all the weird and wonderful citizens whilst giving water and snacks to the less fortunate.

I just really want to help and give the world back what I've had my whole life, that's LIFE
