Me and a group of students from our school, Clyst Vale Community College, are fundraising for a life changing trip to travel to Tanzania with Camps International. For more information on the trips that they run see:                                              The Camps International Website

    This trip is important not only for us travelling to the area but for the communities that we help. Around 51% of the East African population are living in absolute poverty. With our help we can start to change this. When we stay in Tanzania we are toe to toe with the community, helping them with whatever they wish to build or  develop. 

And for the students? Well we get to have a once in a lifetime opportunity to visit and help those in need and after we have a story that sets us apart from the rest of our community. We will also get to complete a PADI scuba diving qualification as well as a safari to visit the wildlife.

All of the money that we raise will go towards the trip and the community that we are helping.
