St Thomas' Church, Lancaster, are raising funds to build a multi-purpose centre for use by the local community and local charities, as well as by the church.

Our "Heart of the City" project particularly aims to support families in need by creating a Family Life Centre. So far we have raised more than £1.5 million of the approximately £2 million required.

A large number of church members are going on a sponsored walk on Saturday 18th May 2019, walking alongside the Lancaster canal to St Thomas’ Garstang (13 miles) or to St John’s Ellel (5 miles).
