My story.

Last year i Notice a Lump in my Neck and As most men Deciced to do By leaving it Due to Taking time off Work.

After A year I had decided to finally Go to the Doctors . I had been Given Medication to take to Take the lump down by didnt Work and was told it could have been down to throwt infection. a few months had passed and i had returned doctors and was give a blood test Which everything came Back fine.

I was then reffered on a 2 weeks List as the doctors was unsure to what it could be But didnt think it would be cancer as i shown no symptoms. The day had come and i was having a Biopsy to examain The lumps .

i was then Given a 1 out of 10 chance it Being cancerous and a 9 out of 10 it being an infection.

i then had an opp to Remove the lump as the biopsy shown some sort of dead cells but No name Given .

During my opperation the Surgon described the Lump Being a Chocolate cyst .and was able to identify it Being a type of Cancer. the results came back As i had Papillary Thyroid Cancer And was told Its Middle stage and possibly Been there Many years unknown .

a few months later i then Had my second opp Lasting 9 hours to Remove my Full thyroid ,2 cancer Lumps and 17 lynthnodes which later came back as 3 being cancerous.

On the 12th september i will Under go My secondry Treatment Radio theropy iodine where i will be in hospital for 3days and have No contact woth ny family for 2 weeks as i will be radioactive , which will Hopefully Cure this disease.

I am Raising Awareness For Not only Thyroid Cancer But all Types of cancers , As recently I have Been diagnosed With Papillary Thyroid Cancer.

since Being in Hospital Undergoing My operation I was At the Leicester royal infirmary Young Teenage Adults unit . I came across Some very Young children Fighting Cancer and other illnesses . At all times these Children Had the Biggest smiles on there Faces I would Like to Raise money To then go Buy these young Children Gifts .
