Cardiff City Rowing is a small club but a highly motivated one. We've been training all year with one ultimate goal in mind: Henley Royal Regatta. Henley is the peak of club rowing and one of the sport's largest events. The competition is fierce and to qualify stands as a feat of its own. This year's men's squads is one of the strongest yet and have stepped on the training massively to get us there, but we need some help.
Technological advancements in the sport means boat quality is increasingly important to be competitive. As a small club, relying mostly on volunteers, we are turning towards the public to help us fundraise for a Men's Coxless Four hire. To reach our fundraising target would be a huge forward step for our club to increase our chances at qualifying for Henley.
This would massively help the club in the long run to increase our competitiveness and attract more talent. Any support you are able to give us would be enormously appreciated!
