Asalamu alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatahu!
It's that time of year again to sponsor an iftar at our local mosques, as per ISoc tradition! It would be incredible if we could come together as a society to sponsor an iftar for one night during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,
Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of a fasting person, without any reduction in his reward. [Tirmidhi]

The reward for feeding our fasting brothers & sisters in Islam is immense. With Ramadan blessings just around the corner, let this be your chance to give back to our local masajid & Muslim community.
The total amount to cover the cost of iftar for one night at Al-Manar mosque is £450, help us reach this target! Please donate however much you can in order for us to feed the fasting this Ramadan inshallah.

6 years agoWith just a few days left until Ramadan, we have almost covered the costs to sponsor an iftar. An amazing 85% of our target has been reached! Please donate (even the smallest of donations!). Let's give back to our local communities together #TeamCUISoc
