Story
This year I am collecting presents for the residents of Austen House care home in Lower Earley.
Austen House is a residential care home with a specialised Memory Lane Community for people living with dementia.
Elderly people don't always have friends or family to send them gifts at Christmas so I would like try to provide a gift to every resident at Austen House and make them smile this Christmas.
Please help me in achieving this by buying a small additional present with your shopping this year, an extra tin of biscuits or set of bath bits could make someone's Christmas.
