I've raised £1000 to Mind for Better Mental Health

Carefull is an online magazine and non-profit organisation that aims to support our readers’ mental health while raising money for better mental health services. Issue One 'a survival guide to self isolation’ is a collaborative project, involving artists, writers, poets, photographers, musicians, yogis and more. All content from our contributors has been created in self-isolation and donated for free.
If you enjoy the magazine, feel supported, gain inspiration and/or are financially able, please make a donation in support of our chosen charity, Mind for Better Mental Health.
We can't neglect the impact this global pandemic will have on mental health, whether on those with existing mental health challenges or not. Suicide rates are increasing, emergency changes to the Mental Health Act have been passed and access to health professionals has been compromised.
"This crisis is not really creating new problems, It's pouring gasoline on our existing ones." - Alexandria Ocasio-Cortex, 4/05/20
“We are facing one of the toughest ever times for our mental wellbeing as a nation. It is absolutely vital that people pull together and do all they can to look after themselves and their loved ones, when we are all facing a huge amount of change and uncertainty.” Paul Farmer, chief executive of Mind, 29/02/20
