Hi there,

I am a nurse and I work in the NHS across the UK. In the course of my career I have been looking after thousands of people and I know that their struggles does not end once they are discharged from hospitals.

I am talking about those affected by disabilities, that need 24 hours support and can't effort they deserved cares.

The aim of this project will be to make sure that everybody will get the cares and treatments they deserve.
