Story
. https://www.facebook.com/ThistletonLodge/https://www.facebook.com/ThistletonLodge/ My Aunt has been a resident of Thistleton Lodge Care Home for nearly 3 years now. It was the hardest decision to make to place her into full time care. I truly need not have worried. Thistleton Lodge isn‘t just a place for the residents, it‘s for their families too. I spend a lot of time there and watch as the staff go about their daily routines. Hand on heart, they are truly wonderful. They go above and beyond in so many different ways. I‘m sure you will have recently seen the video showing one of the residents being given a pillow by one of the staff with his wifes face on. A true act of kindness. I have witnessed on so many occasions, genuine kindness and love given to the residents. Nothing is ever too much trouble and while the video shows one member of staff, I feel we should be celebrating the staff as a family. As the resident himself said in the video clip - ‘They are all angels’. https://www.facebook.com/ThistletonLodge/
