Meals with a Caribbean twist delivered weekly to those in need.

Four friends (& a Hackney resident on a bike) all connected through Hackney come together every Thursday. The meals have a Caribbean twist with a nod to Jamaican cuisine

We cook, deliver & chat. We would like to continue to do so and order to do this we need help. At the moment we are self funding ,this is not sustainable. We aim to continue to do this and will decide on a month to month basis, if the need is still there.

We will use the money for food, packaging & petrol. One of the reasons we have set up this page is were are friends who have strong ties to Hackney some of us have jobs and wish to do our little bit. We aren't an organisation so cant draw on any funding.

So far in the last 4 weeks we have prepared around 50 meals all through word of mouth. We would like to cook up to 20 meals per week.

No worries if you cant donate things are tight for lots of people, you can also help by sharing and spreading the word.
