hi all i have set this up to help a local lad who had currently been affected badky by covid and now pneumonia ,

he has done wveeything for charitys and is in need of our help , he has lost loads of wiek as a P T and a online coach through this virus ,

we all know what he has acheived and all the people he has helped out from couple not being able to familys due to them being over weight and , people close to health problems with being obese , me icluded ,

he kept all our spirits high through lockdown and with his thong lockdown dances / training vids , and went global

this tine of year will be the hardest with eveeythibg he has lost , now if you can all just dig deep and throw a couple of quid in it will help people
