I am raising £1,000 for the hospital where I work, with the hope of supporting patients and making their time a little brighter.

Since being diagnosed with stage 3 cancer on 17 July, I have been away from work and have begun chemotherapy. As the treatment continues, I am facing the changes and challenges that come with it, including losing my hair. Rather than simply shaving my head, I wanted to turn this moment into something positive, and shave my head to help raise money.

This fundraiser will help support activities on the wards and contribute towards other items, helping create more comfort for patients during difficult times. I want to use my journey to give back to others and make a meaningful difference.
