Help publish a Collection of Poetry around Mental Health to raise Awareness, help those struggling, those supporting loved ones.

"A collection of autobiographical reflective poetry from inpatient admissions to psychiatric units and women’s refuges. The struggle of mental health issues is captured in the personal and intimate style, demonstrated throughout the collection in the authors journey to discharge and recovery. The collection highlights the difficulties in the mental health system from a patient perspective in sarcastic and often humourous observation. The collection hopes to bring comfort and contemplation to those struggling and insight for those supporting someone’s journey through life with a mental health condition."

The poetry collection will be made available online, by download and with its ISBN number and be sold on all major sights. For large fundraisers free signed copies will be sent to Fundraisers as well as copies to charities, mental health units and organisations nationwide.

The money will help pay half of the cost for publishing and distribution, the other being raised by myself. Although I do not work due to mental health I feel its an important cause to get out there.

If the collection is taken on by a publisher and not self publishing costs then the money raised will be donated to Mental Health charities supporting individuals.
