Last year, a couple of days after Christmas, our beautiful son Max poured a cup of boiling hot coffee over himself from the work top and suffered horrific burns over his face, arms and torso. He was rushed to hospital, operated on and spent five days in the Broomfield burns unit in Chelmsford. The staff were absolutely amazing and their care and support was second to none during such a difficult time for the whole family. They were so supportive in helping with the traumatic after care we had to give to Max and were there for us 24/7 in the following months.

Max has now made a full recovery with minimal scarring thanks to them.

I would love to be able to raise some money for them as a thank you for all that they done for us and continue to do for children with burns so am holding this Christmas cake raffle:
