Carlisle Key is a charity which helps young people move towards independent living.

We do this by providing assistance and support within our drop in service to alleviate the hardship and distress caused by homelessness, housing, financial and other related difficulties.

Our aim is to open our own supported accommodation to give young people an alternative to being housed in council run accommodation. Young people can often find themselves in hostels which have prolific life long drug users, where they are easy targets for sexual exploitation. We want to build a centre that is inviting, supportive and safe.
