£40raised of £1,000 target by 1 supporter

Weʼre raising £1,000 to help local communities in the region. To meet basic needs of food, clothing, shelter and emotional support.

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

As many of you will have heard, central Mozambique was hit by a huge tropical cyclone IDAI, extending to Zimbabwe and Malawi, leaving unthinkable devastation in its wake. It has destroyed around 95% of the Mozambican city of Beira and extended across the border with Zimbabwe. One of our churches in the town of Chimoio has, along with the surrounding community, experienced extensive damage. Hundreds of lives have been lost, thousands of people are homeless, without food or water, and many are still waiting on roof tops to be rescued. Our pastors are in touch with us on a daily basis for encouragement and support requests. We stay firm in faith and trust that hope rest with God and we pray for restoration for every person impacted. We are connected with local and international charities on the ground and receiving up to date information as the situation unfolds. We are fundraising to help local communities in the region. Funds will help to meet basic needs of food, clothing, shelter and emotional support. If you would like to help us in this effort, please donate. We are raising more then £1000.00 justgiving would only allow that limit.
