Time has arrived to start fundraising for the cause I love most, Capoeira. We are a group of London based adults, young people and children who practice this amazing Brazilian art form, which is a mix of dance, martial art and culture.

Due to some physical issues, I haven't been able to train during the last few months. This has proved very challenging and sometimes I thought of giving up. However, Capoeira keeps inspiring me every day and I'd like to focus on the organization of our annual event as my own way of contributing.

In November, we will host three days of workshops, grading ceremonies and rodas, bringing international guests who will share their knowledge with the community. We are also organising a music competition, where different groups will be able to express their creativity.
