I'm raising £500 to support Bolton Manbassadors in the Community i am taking part to support this fantastic project that is needed in our communities and close to my heart. Everyone knows a man that is or has been struggling with their mental health and affected by rise in male suicides.

Bolton Manbassadors in the Community offers incredible free, community-based activities that help men build connections, improve their mental well-being, and reduce the impacts of social isolation. Programs like Friday Night Football, Try Talking Rugby, Drum and Strum sessions, Camp Jam, Games Rooms, and Brew Clubs are just a few examples of how they help men open up, engage with others, and take positive steps towards better mental health. These activities provide more than just fun—they’re a lifeline to reducing the rise in male suicides and offering men the tools they need to rebuild and grow.

With your help, we can continue to support this important work and expand the reach of these life-changing programs. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will directly contribute to providing these free activities and tools to men in need.

100% of all the money raised into Bolton Manbassadors in the Community will go directly to our community offer & raising awareness around men's mental health.

Your donations will help create these vital safe spaces for men to come together. For example, money raised will go towards the creation of a new Darts Flight Club, fishing groups, and a dedicated bereavement cafe for men. These aren't just activities; they're lifelines that give men a chance to connect, talk, and support each other without pressure.
