Sentinel lymph node removal. This involved removing some of my lymph under my arm to check to see if my cancer had spread.. I can tell you it was the worst part of my first operation. I took a lump under my arm meaning I couldn't get comfortable for over two wks..it was surreal..( having children was by far easier than this) I still suffer with severe nerve pain around my shoulder. Apparently it is meant to go within seven months so hoping one day to not have a firework going off in my shoulder whilst working and sleepin x

This was my biopsy.. they make an incision in your breast and take out tissue to be sent for testing..unfortunatley it came back postive stage 2 breast cancer. It was nippy for a while but not to bad. The machine they use makes a loud snapping noises..so feels scary at the time. Results normally take 2 wks. My cancer was found by accident on an ultrasound, it was never picked up on my normal mamagram checks. Thankful and grateful to the lady who did the ultra sound who has def saved my life. X
