Sophie is a 19 year old Mum to a 2 year old daughter, 7 months ago she lost her Dad, he was 45, then 3 months ago she was diagnosed with an extemely rare Cancer.

Her cancer is called Advanced Peritoneal Mesothelioma and is more usually associated with men who have worked with asbestos. Unfortunately there are no treatment options in Wales so her Doctors are applying for funding to send her to Basingstoke Hospital, where Sophie will have 12 hour surgery for what they call debulking. She will also have hot Chemotherapy during the surgery.

Sophie would like to create some beautiful memories with her daughter and visit some special places. So if you could find it in your hearts to help fulfill these dreams you will enable us to make her wishes come true
