Story
Most of you know William was born very premature at 26 weeks gestation on 5/6/08. Although a shock, after complications in the weeks prior to this, we were just glad to get him to a stage in the pregnancy where he at least had a chance of life.
The next 12 weeks were spent travelling back and forth to the Neonatal Unit at Heartlands Hospital where William recieved exceptional care from all of the nurses and consultants there. Everyday these people work miracles to help babies like William survive and to support parents and families like us.
So it‘s a no brainer for me. When people started asking what id like for my 40th birthday, I knew straightaway that I‘d like to people to donate to the Neonatal Unit so that they can continue to fund the amazing work they do. They gave me everything so id like to give them a little something back. No gift is too small and I am grateful for any donations recieved. Thank you. x
