Following a flawed outpatient procedure Ed was left with horrendous complications including blood clots, necrotising pancreatitis and severe hospital acquired infections. Despite best efforts and challenging decisions, raising complaints and pleaing for support to get him to a specialist unit privately, we ran out of time.
Ed passed away very rapidly. The true cause of which is still unknown. More questions to add to a very long list.
