Story
As part of my backpacking trip around Tanzania, Malawi and Zambia, I will be volunteering at 4 different Non-Governmental Organisations and projects. As well as working with each of these hosts, I am hoping to fundraise some additional donations!
I will be volunteering at the Venance Care Foundation with Viva Tanzania, a preschool and Kindergarten in Arusha which provides and education to children from difficult backgrounds/ with disabilities. https://venancecarefoundation.jimdo.com/about-the-foundation/
In the Morogoro region of Tanzania, Said is encouraging the local children to learn to read and is currently working on building a library for the children in the village! It would be amazing if I am able to take over lots of books to help support the library and help it to thrive!
In the Chikwawa district of Malawi, a local NGO partners with support groups to deliver community education in areas such as health, youth development, agricultural development and human rights.
In the Southern Province of Zambia, there is a school for blind and visually impaired children, the only one of its kind in Zambia, that supports the development and growth of these children.
Anything you give will be an amazing support to each of the projects and will help me be able to take as many supplies over as I can! Thank you!
