So: 2016 has been terrible. David Bowie died and it all went downhill from there. And a lot of the time, you don't feel like you can do anything. But then we - my flatmate and I - decided to do something anyway.

VP-elect Mike Pence doesn't believe in women's bodily autonomy, he believes in conversion therapy for LGBT+ people (which, let me tell you, has a FIFTY PER CENT SUICIDE RATE*) and he hates Planned Parenthood.

And Planned Parenthood, as well as providing excellent and much needed sexual health care, reproductive health care and family planning in the US, let you donate 'in honour' of someone. They get a certificate and everything.

So we want to donate in honour of VP-elect Mike Pence. Because, pardon my French, fuck that guy. And, as non-Americans, there's not much else we can do.

And we want him to get the certificate.
