I've raised £180 to help recover the cost of vets fees for Nibbles and to provide a new friend for Bingo.

On Saturday we excitedly collected Nibbles and Bingo from the Allcock family. Bingo and Nibbles settled in well.
On Wednesday we noticed that Nibbles didnt seem himself. He seemed sad and wasnt racing around, chatting or eating as he had been. We decided it was a good idea to take Nibbles to Nine Mile Ride vets to get him checked over. The vet said that Nibbles wasn't well and so gave him a few injections and gave us some medicine and special recovery food. Nibbles was an amazing patient and ate all his special food.
Nibbles seemed a little better on Thursday and ate some fresh grass and we continued with the medicine (every 8 hours) and the recovery food (every 2 hours). Mrs Vanstone popped over to visit a few times (with Katherine and Rebecca). On Friday Mrs Vanstone went back to the vets to get some more of the recovery food and some guinea pig Calpol.
On Saturday morning Nibbles was looking very lethargic and unwell. Mrs Vanstone came round and took Nibbles to look after him for the day (as we were heading out). She took him back to the vets just to see if there was anything else we could do. They gave Nibbles an X Ray and some more medicine. They kept him at the surgery to keep a close eye on him, but sadly later in the day he passed away.
