I've raised £150 to Mind’s ‘Red January’

i made a decision 3 years ago to do at least one new personal challenge every year. For 2019 I’ve decided to join up to Mind’s “Red January” to try and raise awareness, and some cash if possible, for Mind and to support people struggling with mental health worries.
I’m going to walk an average of 15k steps a day (averaged over each week as weekdays/work could make it tricky - which means that weekends could be exhausting!) which is about 5k more a day than I currently average! I‘ll publish my weekly stepcount on Twitter and Facebook as proof! I’ve blocked out time every day between 1-2pm to do at least 30 mins extra to my morning and evening station/home/dog walk efforts.
