The band contest hosted in Carrbrook each year is a fun and important date in the calendar for many residents in Carrbrook and the surrounding villages. It is a night where people meet up with their oldest friends, watch the children playing in the countryside, buy a hot dog from the scouts, have a pint from the institute and listen the wonderful music played by the best bands in the country.

But...

Did you know that this contest is hosted by a very small group of volunteers who give up their time to make sure that each year it runs smoothly. More to the point, each year the band contest in Carrbrook costs almost £3000! We need to raise money for prize money, cones, safety, stages.... (this list goes on) without this money, the contest simply could not happen.

So please support us by donating any amount of money, no matter how small, to make sure that the band contest can be run again next year, and the year after, and the year after.......
