Last year, after a chance conversation, we decided to hold a charity showjumping event in aid of Cancer Research UK. We organised the event in 6 weeks and I was amazed at the huge response!
I didn't realise just how much it would cost to put on an event like this with things like rosettes, first aid, arena hire down to cost of ink and paper for printing posters and schedules!
Last years show was a huge success and we raised over £3000! I was adamant I wanted to send the total amount to charity and thanks to friends, family and a couple of anonymous donations I was lucky enough to be able to do this!
We have learned a lot from last years event and we are holding our second Pink show on 10th September 2017!
Once again there will obviously be costs involved in putting on this show and I had so many people ask how they could donate or help out so I'm asking if any of you could or would, please help me raise enough money to cover all my costs so once again we can send 100% of the amount raised to charity!
Whatever you can give, however small makes a huge difference and anything we raise over the amount to cover costs will go into the grand total raised on the day!
