We are raising money by running Cambridge Biomedical Campus 10K on Sunday 19th April. We have a group of coaches, parents and skaters running this race in either the 5K or 10K events.

At Cambridgeshire Artistic Roller Skating Club (CARSC) we coach from beginner to international level skaters. We do all we can to provide fantastic opportunities within the community for our skaters to develop. However, we are unable to do this without fundraising and charitable donations. Our club has grown from strength to strength in recent years with skaters achieving great successes. The club provides a safe, fun and friendly environment for young people to develop and flourish.

Money raised will be used to fund further training with international coaches and help us to continue to subsidise training and international competition opportunities which would otherwise be very expensive.

We recently had 5 skaters including our Coach Linayah attend Portugal for a training day with international coaches. This was a great opportunity for these skaters to train at a high level and gain valuable skills and knowledge.

In May this year, we have skaters who we are sending to compete at an international competition in France. We always try and make these competitions accessible to everyone as it is a very expensive sport.
