I have spent the past 3 months as in patient in Carseview psychiatric hospital in Dundee and the care i have recieved from all the staff, from the cleaners to the senior charge nurse has been incredible. Many important and brilliant mental health charities exist but i was hoping to raise some funds for something closer to home. The money raised will be going directly to Ward 1 where I stayed during my treatment and will go towards ward improvements such as art supplies, hopefully a new television or whatever else is needed. Hopefully some will also go to the staff funds for little treats like some better coffee and biscuits and the odd takeaway or two becasue christ onows they deserve it.
