I've raised £100 to support Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Prostate Cymru by taking part in the Carten100 on the 1st June 2019.

An horrific 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime, with the risk increasing to 1 in 3 men with a family history of prostate cancer. Prostate cymru has helped my family through the past few years and will help many more families in the years to come. We are so grateful to the research that has enabled there to be a better prognosis for this type of cancer and we want to aid much more research to come. In 2015, over 3000 women were diagnosed with cervical cancer. What is sad is that 99.8% of these cases could have been avoided. Jo's cervical cancer trust aims to see cervical cancer prevented and offers support to those suffering from this horrible disease. Our family beilieves that prevention is always better than a cure. To raise money for these inspirational charities and to fund more research we will be taking part in the carten100, a 100 mile bike ride from Cardiff to Tenby. Any donations would be greatly received. Thank you 😀
