12 miles covered by Christina and Spencer tonight. Good ride at a good pace. Slight setback for Christina with a shoulder injury, but she did fantastic, physio again next week. 10 days until the event, IC & DC to get out and do another long ride this weekend. We are now anxiously watching the long range weather for 1st October - fingers crossed!

Huge thanks to our latest supporters, Dave, Kate & Brommo. Today it was the turn of Dave and I to head out. The forecast kept changing throughout the day and we eventually went out around 4pm, all I can say is thankfully there is a nice brick bus shelter in Millwich! 36.2 miles covered, 40 + for DC including his ride to me, smashing his previous longest ride by a good 8 miles. Tonight I took Christina and Spencer on a training ride. Whilst Sophie was at cubs we put on our lights and headed out. 10.5 miles covered and our first dark ride. Both of them did really well and with 2 and a half weeks to go they will be fine..... Next up the weekend, more riding, DC & I to do 30+ on Sunday.....
