Story

I am volunteering with Volunteer Eco Students Abroad (VESA) providing life changing support to a struggling indigenous village in Fiji.

As part of this programme I will be volunteering for 1 week in July 2019 compiling over 40 hours of community work. This vital work will involve constructing rain-water catchment tanks to provide fresh, clean running water and restoring school equipment and buildings, based on current need. From this I will be delivering basic workshops on hygiene with the VESA team and teaching educational classes to the local children.

Your money will go towards hiring local skilled tradespeople to supervise and assist in the building projects, supply building materials and aid in making a positive and vital difference to these people's lives.
