I noticed a small but noticable lump on my back. I didn't think much of it so I would go about my day covering it up. 7 years or so down the road now someone had called attention to it. So he suggested that I get it checked out. Because now, my Lipoma, has grown in size I wanna say triple the size from when I first noticed it. Although the doctor said it's usually painless it had become somewhat bothersome. I can't lay down on my left side because I'm afraid of putting pressure on it so I lay on my right which causes discomfort. And because of the size I feel like it's putting pressure on my breastbone because i get sharp pains when I move a certain way or lift something..
