Having been there myself, i know that the mental health services available in 2018 are absolutely outrageous! To get what they call suitable help you would have to be on the edge of or too late. I personally lost my best friend to suicide and this breaks me everyday! I knew she wasn't okaye i was worried i spoke to people but all they could say was well shes getting help.. BUT it wasnt the right kind of help that she needed!! On the NHS there are approximately 4 different types of dbt (there pretty much the same) but this was not what she needed she needed another therapy but this wasnt available on the NHS by the time anything could have even happen shes had enough , enough of going to them session's listening to words because thats all they was they wasnt helping her they was making her worse if anything! She thaught she couldn't get better! I want to raise money to get a youth zone in our local area that specifically helps youths with mental health problems . its a sence of purpose
