I've raised £1000 to help support and fund extra-curricular experiences for pupils who attend Castle Hill High School.

Castle Hill High School is a school for pupils with a wide range of complex learning needs. There are currently 253 pupils on roll, all of whom have access to a creative and engaging curriculum. All staff who work at Castle Hill believe that every pupil should have access to a broad range of opportunities that will allow them to successfully transition into adulthood. To promote this, staff ensure that pupils have access to quality first teaching, practical resources, experiential 'hands-on' learning and extra-curricular activities.
Staff who work at Castle Hill are passionate and driven to provide opportunities for pupils to develop socially, emotionally and academically. One of the most successful ways to support this if for pupils to access out of school, extra-curricular learning experiences. With this in mind, a number of staff (and friends) have decided to undertake a 23 mile walk along the Trans Pennine Trail on Saturday 6th April 2019 with the hope of raising some additional funds to support the extra-curricular activities the school can offer.
Please take time to visit our website and learn a little more about the school https://www.castlehill.stockport.sch.uk/
Any donations will be greatly appreciated and will offer our pupils opportunities and experiences they may not otherwise have access to.
Thank you,
The Castle Hill Team
