We are a team of two brothers - Andy and Ant, and a son/nephew - Jake.

The money raised will be shared equally between Jake's Gambia trip in October and the charity Bloodwise.

Jake is spending 10 days in Gambia in October 2018, where he will visit 3 schools, spending time actively helping the children, as well as visiting museums, markets, historic sites, along with going to villages, and meeting the local people.

Bloodwise funds world-class research into all types of blood cancer. Blood cancer is a term that's used to describe many different types of cancer that can affect your blood, bone marrow or lymphatic system. It happens when something goes wrong with the development of your blood cells.

We are all cycling the Norwich 100 mile ride on June 3rd 2018.
