Story

My name is Cat Larsson and would like to start the first wheelchair friendly B&B Retreat centre in Glastonbury in Somerset. I have all knowledge to manage this centre but no deposit. I need to buy a house in Glastonbury because I am not allowed to rent for commercial use.

People between 50 and 70 years old are offered places in care homes for elderly people if they are offered something. I would like to offer a nice place as a respite centre/ holiday accommodation for people in wheelchairs, visual impaired etc where the couple can relax and gather strengths to go back to their lives. Also that its a place for people who feels they need extra care and support for just a period in life. I would offer them massage, courses in stress management etc and extra care.

I would also when im generating profit start a fund where people can apply for help with deposit and to get theit dreams come true.

I have talked to the banks and they want 30% deposit for a comersial loan. I cant get a ordinary mortgage when im going to run a business in the building. I feel its a huge need for this Services.

If the plan doesnt work in the end all money you have given 1 part will go to Tulsi trust, a charity in India, 1part will go to foodbanks in Somerset and 1part will go to Citizen of Advice.

Thank you.
