Catcuddles (charity number 1147971) is a no-kill cat shelter in South East London which finds homes for cats who need it, whether they’ve come to the home as strays, abandoned cats, or for any other reason. They are funded purely by donations and run by a team of volunteers who are wonderful human beings committed to the wellbeing of the cats in their care. I began fostering cats for the charity in February 2020 and it’s been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. I’ve seen first-hand how busy the charity is but how unwavering in their work and care everyone is, even during the pandemic where everything changed and they experienced additional pressures on their resources.

In September I’m completing a 50k challenge walk and would like to use the opportunity to raise money to support Catcuddles. As a charity funded by donations (whether it’s food, money or toys), they could always benefit from more support.
