As most of you may be aware, I recently had a pacemaker fitted. For some time, my fitness activities were put on hold- as one would expect- but this was a frustrating time for me.

I have now been given the go ahead to get back into my routine and am back with a vengeance. I am wanting to raise as much money and awareness as is possible for the following four causes-

The Childrens Cancer Ward based at the RVI, Newcastle

The British Heart Foundation

The Kieran Maxwell Fund.

Royal National Institute of Blind People RNIB

As there are 4 causes I would like to benefit from my efforts this year-I have to make a crowdfunding page instead of a JustGiving Charity page as is my usual route.

From June I will be tackling an event each month:

On 30th June- I am cycling 90 miles IN ONE DAY thanks to the Cyclone Challenge- a bike ride of epic proportions.

Then on (Friday!) 13th July I am tackling a 3 day hike on the 3 Peaks, Yorkshire.

I will then be cycling around Holland for 5 days in August testing my pedal skills aswell as my endurance.

This will all culminate in my 6th Great North Run on Sep 9th.

I would like to raise as much as I possibly can and I need your help please?
