Reflexology has been having great effects on the children who have been able to avail of it here in Donegal and we want to be able to make it possible for all children with autism in Donegal to benefit from it too..

We intend to abseil down the front of the Europa Hotel in Belfast. Not a mean feat for someone like me who is scared, no terrified, of heights!

I never thought I would even THINK about doing such a thing but it is a great cause and I am also spurred on by the fact that at the start of this year I would have been just short of being too heavy to be even eligible to do the abseil!

Losing nearly seven stone has made a new (smaller) me who wants to attempt things I would never have done as my fat self and this abseil is the hardest and most challenging thing for me to date. Losing the weight was a doddle in comparison!

And as my husband is doing it too and we are the grandparents of five beautiful grandchildren, we will be the abseiling grandparents!
