Most of you know of this unbelievable story already, one of which is very much a reality for Catherine and her young daughter, I will briefly give you an insight into what this family have had to deal with.

Cancer has affected the family greatly, firstly 7 years ago Catherine had breast cancer which she courageously beat, then came Catherine's husband David's eye cancer 1 year later, which he also very courageously beat. Then came along their beautiful daughter who was an absolute miracle baby, and so the happiness finally begins. This was short lived however as 2 years later Davids cancer returned and sadly a year after diagnosis David lost his battle and Catherine lost her husband, their daughter lost her Dad. As if this wasn't enough to deal with in the November that same year, just 4 months after David passed away, Catherine is told the devastating news that her cancer has returned. This was November 2016. At this current point in time Catherine's cancer has now spread to her brain.

Time and more importantly quality time with her daughter, who is now four, is all that Catherine wants right now. She is fighting this fight with everything that she has and will not give up. As Catherine's friends we are helping out in all ways we can. I have asked Catherine to put a list of things together that she would like to do with her daughter, and so we are just asking if there is anyway that you feel you may be able to help them by way of a donation however big or small to help raise money for them to be able to have memorable days out. I am yet to see the list but am hoping that they will both definitely be able to cross some fun things off.

Friends have fund-raised for Catherine previously and all donations have been gratefully received and previously very carefully spent towards all treatments and therapy's to aid in Catherines fight. The battle still continues though and so again, all help will be gratefully recieved.
